The senior care facility sits on a lush hilltop overlooking California's first Mission. Residents are offered a variety of care levels, suited to many changing needs.

Nazareth House San Diego is owned and operated by a Catholic religious congregation, the Sisters of Nazareth, and was built in 1974.

The community is open to all seniors, regardless of religion.

The easily accessible residential buildings and surrounding gardens were designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and welcoming for active seniors looking for supportive services and compassionate care in a spirit-centered community.

Residents are encouraged to retain their independence, comfortable in the knowledge that any assistance they may need is readily available.

Beautifully appointed private rooms let you feel at home and offer en suite bath facilities. A private dining room offers nutritional meals while smaller kitchens offer coffee and snack options.
