The foundation stone for Nazareth House Wynnum was laid in March 1922 and the building known as the “Castle on the Hill” was opened in August 1925.

Nazareth Care Tamworth was first opened in 1948, and is an accredited residential aged facility which provides care and support to 90 residents. Located in a rural regional centre, the House is set on 15 acres, with landscaped native gardens.
