Residents with cars may park them on campus; on-site transportation is provided for shopping, banking and entertainment.
Assisted Living

This level of care is ideal for seniors who require some assistance with routine daily living, including walking short distances, personal hygiene and medication monitoring.
At Nazareth House Fresno, a customized level of assistance is designed with the involvement of your primary physician, family members, and our licensed staff.
Our buildings and grounds are first rate, surpassed only by the level of care and attention provided by Nazareth House Fresno staff.
Monitoring and supervision is provided 24-hours per day. Care is provided in accordance with physician orders and licensed staff maintain regular contact with residents’ physicians.
A licensed nurse is on staff 24/7.
Care Center
Residents who require more frequent monitoring find our Care Center the perfect solution to continue feeling safe and well looked after.
Activities, social events and dining are provided in spacious community living areas while our semi-private and private rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere to lay your head.
Our team of Direct Care Staff keeps a watchful eye and our Life Enrichment team keeps the seniors moving and engaged.
