Nazareth House Sligo aim to:
- provide end of life care using a Palliative Care approach
- improve the resident’s quality of life by delivering holistic care to our elderly residents and also, those with Chronic life limiting conditions
- identify the individuality of all our Residents, their needs and wishes
Our Staff are trained in end of life care and Palliative care. We also work alongside the Community Palliative care team who provide specialist knowledge, support and information when required.
