The Sisters of Nazareth continue to be inspired by our Foundress, Servant of God, Victoire Larmenier, and carry out the mission, entrusted to the Congregation by the Church, of caring for the elderly and children.
To honour the work of Victoire and all of the Sisters who came after her, the Congregation has created a Heritage Centre on the site of the first Nazareth House in Hammersmith. It was opened in September 2020 by Bishop Michael Campbell OSA. The Heritage Centre tells the story of Victoire Larmenier and the early Sisters who supported her. It includes information on the founding of the Congregation, its expansion, and the services delivered today. It is home to the Congregation’s archives, including many artefacts, paintings and gifts to the Congregation.
More information can be found on the The Nazareth Heritage Centre and following pages.
