Breakfast, lunch and dinner meals each have a full array of items that may include made-to-order eggs, healthy soups, fresh salads, hearty entrée’s; while our kitchen oven’s turn out a variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, and tasty desserts.
Mindful of taste and portion control, we carefully select the right mixture of protein, vegetables and carbohydrates making the menus mouthwatering and healthy — herb-roasted lamb chops, prime rib au jus and the old favorite, spaghetti with meatballs to name a few.
