Donna Conlon – General Manager 

Donna Conlon joined Nazareth Care Charitable Trust in March 2021 as Register Manager for Nazareth House Glasgow and is a Register Manager with the Scottish Social Services Council.  She has worked within the Care Sector since 1985, in the Charitable & Private Sector, within the elderly Care Sector.

Donna has been involved in training and assessing new staff through the SVQ qualification program and holds an assessment and internal verification qualification for SVQ.  Donna has an SVQ Level III & IV in Health & Social Care, SVQ level IV in Management as well as a Registered Manager Award at Level IV.  She also holds a qualification in Dementia Practice from Stirling University and has various qualifications relevant to her current job role, including Managing Safety IOSH and First Aid.

Mary Ann Cox – Deputy Manager

Assisting the General Manager to help run the home, ensuring all aspects of the home operate smoothly and above all that the residents are happy in their environment.

Angela Black – Business Support Assistant

Deals with the clerical and administrative correspondence for the home ensuring that all information is correct and kept up to date, while assisting residents and visitors to the home.

James McGurk – Catering Manager

Our Catering Manager James recently joined the Catering Team and manages a staff of 6 catering assistants.  Together the Team like to use the local fresh and seasonal produce to create wholesome dishes and receive many compliments from the residents.

Louise Hart & Cecilia Kincaid – Activities Co-ordinators

Entertaining our residents daily to ensure their day is filled with fun and laughter while keeping active in mind body and soul.

Danny Gibbons & Sean Hamilton – Maintenance Team

Danny & Sean ensure the upkeep of the home and that our residents are in a safe and comfortable environment, making certain that all Health & Safety requirements are and adhered.

Housekeeping Team 

Catherine has been with us for 2 years and has a small dedicated team who clean and attend to residents’ laundry.


Susan is Dementia Champion (you will know her straight away if you visit us as she is always singing) and Rochelle, both girls have received training with SSSC.

James McGurk is the Catering Manager.
