Linda O’Neill – House Manager

My name is Linda O’Neill I am the General Manager at Nazareth House in Glasgow. I have worked in the care sector for 34 years. I joined Nazareth House in 2004. I love my job and every resident is a family member to me. Here at Glasgow we have built up a trusted and respected reputation which is known throughout our local community and the professional sector. Every day is challenging and rewarding.

Deputy Manager

Rita Murray has been with Nazareth Care for many years, she commenced as a kitchen assistant to care assistant to Senior Carer and took up post of Deputy in November 2018.  Rita will be training our staff to the standards required to ensure we have a skilled work force to look after residents.

Financial Administrator

Debbie joined Nazareth House 2 years ago having worked all her career in finance. Debbie loves helping people and numbers so she has found a job which is perfect. “For the first time in my career I love coming to work”

Catering Team

We have been awarded Safe Eat Certificate 2017. Our Catering Manager Brian who joined 2013, manages a staff of 6. He loves working with fresh produce and receives many compliments from residents.

Maintenance Manager

Joe joined Nazareth House in 2007 firstly as Fire Safety Officer then in 2009 became Maintenance Manager “everyday has a new challenge, no two days are the same”.


Theresa and Donna are our Receptionists the first face of Nazareth House and lovely ones to. Teresa won our Employee of the Year 2015 and Donna who has just changed her role from Senior Care Practitioner. The girls run our reception and our very popular Cafe.

Housekeeping Team 

Catherine has been with us for 2 years and has a small dedicated team who clean and attend to residents’ laundry.


Susan is Dementia Champion (you will know her straight away if you visit us as she is always singing) and Rochelle, both girls have received training with SSSC.
