Coronavirus (Covid-19) latest information

The health, safety and wellbeing of our residents, staff and Sisters remains our top priority. We are cautiously resuming visits to some Nazareth Houses and facilities where the infection risk is low and visits can be conducted safely. Before travelling, please contact the house to check whether it is open, make an appointment to visit and follow the visiting requirements. Houses in some locations remain closed to visitors. We will keep the position under review and may need to close a home to visitors at short notice to protect those in our care. For further information please contact the relevant Nazareth House or service. Contact information can be found on each house page. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Sisters of Nazareth

Our teachers are committed to developing a partnership with parents to educate the "whole child."  Learning to work independently is valuable, as is the art of successful teamwork.

Choosing a private Catholic education entails an expense, but the advantages of a Nazareth School education are worth the cost. The school’s personalized curriculum helps students grow into confident and productive adults.

School History

Nazareth School is adjacent to the historical site, Mission San Diego de Alcalá in the heart of Mission Valley in San Diego. It’s a school on a mission, too, educating children The Nazareth Way.

Mission and Philosophy

It takes care and planning to create and nurture successful students who are emotionally and intellectually prepared for the challenges of high learning. Our goal is to make sure that teachers, parents and students work as a team to ensure a quality Catholic education.
